Serve in Ministry Leadership

What to Expect

Volunteering in Ministry Leadership at our church is a powerful way to use your God-given gifts to serve others, strengthen our community, and help people grow in their walk with Christ. As you lead, you not only bless those around you but also deepen your own faith, build meaningful relationships, and participate in the mission God has given our church.

All NAPC Ministry Leadership Volunteers must be members. If you’d like to know more about membership, click here.

All ministry leadership volunteers are required to complete a background check for the Youth and Kids leadership roles.

Each Ministry Leadership role is a little different, and the commitment varies. To find out more, keep reading.

Pastor Ken Rathburn, the Associate Pastor, would love to get to know you and find out more about your interest in volunteering.

Helping All Ages Know, Love, and Follow Jesus

Adult Group Leaders have the joy of guiding our Small Groups and Men’s/Women’s Discipleship Groups. These leaders play a vital role in helping our ministries thrive and in fostering meaningful community and spiritual growth.

Youth Leaders walk alongside our 7th–12th grade students as they grow in a life with Jesus Christ. Youth Leaders are actively involved in Youth Nights. They build relationships, encourage students, and facilitate discussions with provided materials.

Our mission is to create safe, joyful spaces where children are grounded in God’s word, introduced to Jesus, and helped to know their place in God’s bigger story. We would love your help with teaching or assisting in our classrooms once a month. All lesson plans and teaching materials are provided for our NAPC Kids teachers.
